The primary mission of the Student Veteran’s Association at Duke University is to serve the needs of students with prior or current military association, their families, and dependents.

Our aim is to develop and implement student veteran support services at Duke University and serve as a means for networking and camraderie. 

Membership is open to all Duke students, faculty, staff, ROTC members, and alumni who seek to promote the interests of student veterans, or those affected by a loved one’s prior or current military association.

Duke University Student Veterans of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard are invited to join.

Upcoming Events

Military Appreciation Football Game & Veterans Tailgate

    Duke ROTC, Student Affairs, Duke Athletics and many others, are inviting all Duke students with military veteran,
retired, reserve, or active duty service to share in the Duke vs. Georgia Tech football game day experience.

   Duke undergraduate, graduate, professional students, and their families are invited for this free event. Also, receive up to four free tickets to the Duke-Georgia Tech game with your Military ID, enjoy food, entertainment, and meeting others from the Duke veteran community. All free of charge. 

Here are the specifics:
Date - Sat., November 14th
Time - Two Hours Prior to Kick-off (Game Time TBA)
Location - Blue Devil Alley Tent (K-Ville)

   Confirmation for your participation will be received upon submission of the form below via email.  Free food, music and tickets will be provided.  Please bring your Military ID (Active, Reserve, Retired) to the game and tailgate.
